The album can be ready long before the first guest arrives. Choose the date, print the card and leave the rest to the people in the room.
Make the album first
Choose a plan and set the shower date. The clock starts on that date, not the day you buy, so an early start does not shorten the album.
Put the invitation where hands are free
Place the card on the gift table or the welcome table, away from where the gifts are opened. Guests can add a photo without setting down a plate or stepping out of the room.
Ask for a few photos, not every photo

What ends up in the album
Decorations, guests and gifts, chosen on purpose
Guests add the photos they decide to share: the table before the food, the people around it, the gifts as they are opened. Nothing leaves a phone on its own.
Only the photos a guest chooses
Guests pick from the camera roll or take a photo with the camera button. The album never copies a camera roll and never uploads in the background.
Originals for the parents
Every photo is stored as it was taken. The parents can download the full resolution originals while the album is online and keep their own copy.
Family photos, shared with care
A guest password is available if the family wants one. Anyone with the link and the password can open the album, so it is not an invitation-only list: ask before reposting a photo outside the family, and ask before sharing a picture of a child.
The relatives who could not travel
Send them the same link, and the same password if you set one, subject to the album settings you choose. They see the photos added so far when they open it. This is not a livestream and there is no live video of the shower.

Before the plan ends, download the originals and keep a copy. The next day, send guests the same link while the album still accepts photos; the adding window is counted from the shower date.

Can I set this up if I am not the parent?
Yes. The album belongs to the account that buys the plan. If you are organizing the shower, decide who will manage the album before buying. Use the guest link to share photos with the parents, not your account sign-in link.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The code or the link opens the album in the phone browser. Guests do not install anything and do not create an account to add or download photos.
Is the album private?
You can set a guest password, and the album is not indexed by search engines. A password protects the album, but it is not an invitation-only list: anyone who has the link and the password can open it and can pass both on.
Can relatives who could not be there see the photos?

Do guests need internet, and do photos upload automatically?
Guests need a connection to open the album and add photos. They choose each photo from the camera roll or take one in the browser, and nothing is copied from a phone automatically.

The clock starts on the event date you set, not the day you buy, so you can prepare the album early. On the Photos plan, guests can add for 90 days. The album stays online and can be viewed for 90 days after the event.
How long do we have to download the originals?
Download the originals while the album is online, before the plan ends. Once the files are removed from storage they cannot be recovered. Printing them is yours to arrange and is not included.
Can guests add video clips?
Video clips are included on Celebration, Signature, Premium. The photos and the shared gallery are included on every plan.
