Birthday party photo sharing
Birthday photos from every table, in one shared album.
One QR code, or one link in the group message, opens the party album in a phone browser. Guests add the photos they choose from wherever they are sitting. There is no guest app and no guest account.
One-time plans from US$19. No subscription.
The shape of the evening
One album for every table
A dinner with friends, a milestone with family, a room full of children and cake: the album works the same way at every kind of birthday. Put the card where people stop, then send the link to everyone else.
Put the card where people stop
Beside the cake or the gift table, out of the way of serving and candles. A card that blocks the cake gets moved aside; one beside it gets read.
Mention it after the cake
A short mention once the candles are out gives everyone a natural moment to add the photos already on their phone.
Send the link the next day
The same album link works for the friends who went home early. Send it the day after, while the photos are still on every phone.
Suggested sign wording
A birthday to remember. Scan to choose the photos you would like to add to our shared party album. No guest app or account needed.
Print it as it is, or adapt it to the party you are planning.
What ends up in the album
Cake, candles and the candid ones
Birthday photos are rarely posed. Guests add the table they were sitting at, the cake coming in, the faces around it. Each guest decides what to add.
A guest at every table
Photos from the quiet corner and the loud end of the room join the same shared album. Guests can browse the collection together rather than chase separate message threads.
A link works without a card
Guests who receive the link in a group message can open it on their own phone and add photos without scanning anything. The card is for the room; the link is for everyone else.
Photos of children, handled by adults
At a children's party, share the link only with the adults and family you invited, and ask before reposting a photo of someone else's child. Agree with the host on what is appropriate to add to the shared album.
Originals after the party
Every photo is stored as it was taken. Download the full resolution originals while the album is online and keep your own copy.

Can one link cover guests at different tables?
Yes. Every guest opens the same album, wherever they are sitting, and each photo joins the same set. A card on each table and a link in the group message both lead to that one album.
Can we send a link in the group invitation instead of printing a code?
Yes. Paste the album link into the group message or the invitation email. Guests tap it on their own phone and add photos without scanning anything. The printed card is there for the people who prefer it.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The link or the code opens the album in the phone browser. Guests do not install anything and do not create an account to add or download photos.
Can relatives who were not there see the photos?
Yes. Send them the same link, and the guest password if you set one, subject to the album settings you choose. They see the photos added so far when they open it. A password protects the album, but it is not an invitation-only list: anyone who has the link and the password can open it. It is not a livestream: there is no live video of the party.
Do guests need internet, and can they choose exactly what they add?
Guests need a connection to open the album and add photos. They choose each photo from the camera roll or take one in the browser. Nothing is copied from a phone automatically and there is no camera roll upload in the background.
Does the plan start on the purchase date or the party date?
The clock starts on the event date you set, not the day you buy, so the album can be prepared in advance. On the Photos plan, guests can add for 90 days. The album stays online and can be viewed for 90 days after the event.
How long do we have to download the originals, and can we print them?
Download the originals while the album is online, before the plan ends. Once the files are removed from storage they cannot be recovered. Printing them is yours to arrange and is not included.
What about photos of children at the party?
Keep the link with the adults and family you invited, and ask before reposting a photo of someone else's child. You can add a guest password, but someone with the link and password can share them; it is not an invitation-only list.
Can guests add video, or photos only?
Video clips are included on Celebration, Signature, Premium. The photos and the shared gallery are included on every plan.
